| On the fourth of July, we
placed Lil' Bales of straw on a flat bed trailer in which we pulled around
the yard with our power lawn mower. The children loved it. The adults did
too.

| Our neighborhood takes pride in
having the earliest seasonal tomatoes. In late winter, we transplanted our
young tomato plants into the Lil' Bales of straw. We carved a hole into the
Lil' Bales and planted directly into the bales. We watered the plants with
liquid fertilizer. When the weather man predicted frost, we protected the
tender plants with additional Lil' Bales for insulation. A friend used the
Lil' Bales for hydroponic herb gardening all season long. G. & J.D. |
| Water troughs for livestock can
be labor intensive to provide fresh water free of green algae. Lil' Bales of
barley straw applied before the start of green algae, in 6 months invervals,
manages fresh water all season. This saves me time and conserves water. M.J. |
| Our daughter wanted her
birthday party outside with a western theme. Lil' Bales of straw were
perfect for the children's seating. After the party, the Lil' Bales could be
recycled for bedding in our outdoor doghouse and garden mulch.

| Lil' Bales of alfalfa are handy
when I go deer hunting. The bales are light weight for my carrying to the
deer stand. The bales smell and look great for attracting deer; and there is
no debris left in my truck. F.H. |
| My wife and I are from New
Mexico where many homes are constructed of adobe. We used Lil' Bales of
straw to construct an adobe shelter for our son's 4-H & FFA animal projects.
The shelter looks and performs beautifully.
